I purchased this to use as a compression belt for my back. 

Having had various types of these, I can say that this one is great. It’s so well made & the Velcro fastening is longer than most on the market, ensuring that it stays in place. 

I can also see the benefits of this being used as a waist trimmer & for using while exercising. 

Comes in a handy ziplock bag & was delivered next day.
