My daughter is training for a marathon. She is starting to run alot of miles and she needs support for the ball of her foot. The jogging can and has bruised the ball of her foot so I got these for her to give a bit of cusion moreso than just her running shoes. They are breathable. It comes with 4 pieces. They give the shock absorbing she needs for running the distance. I think they will work perfect and they are anti slip. Exactly what she needs to run the marathon and help her with her training too. I give this a 5 start review.
