Little hand floral dress

I bought this dress for my grand daughter and she absolutely loves it. However it does seem to run a little small. I ordered a 4t for her and she currently just started wearing a 3t some things still 2t. I ordered 4t in hopes it would fit her for awhile. It does fit but the 4 fits more like a 3. I love the way it looks on her and si does she. It is made with good quality and nice material alao love the design. All in all I wish it was a little bigger but I am very happy and satisfied that I ordered this dress.
