I cook dinner 4 nights a week 1st the house and always use fresh herbs while cooking. Prior to purchsing these, I had normal scissors I would cut my herbs with, which was time consuming. A co-worker mentioned these Herb Scissors and I had to buy them to try out. I'm so happy I did too. It seriously saves so much time in cutting these herbs, which cuts down on prep time too, so I'm extremely happy about that. I high recommend buying these herb scissors if you buy herbs for cooking or whatever. These are so sharp too, which is a HUGE plus in my book in regards to kitchen utensils to use.
