This just arrived today. They cut very smooth and are very sharp. So be careful. I accidentally dropped them and it hit the floor and put a little hole in the floor. That’s how sharp they are. It’s also great that the case has a magnet on it so I you can up it up high away from smaller children if you need to or just hang on the top of your stove for convenient.
