I got this to record some videos. I noticed the mic on my laptop doesn't pickup my voice really well. Sort of sounds like i'm in a tunnel. Now this solves that issue. I just plug the mic into my USB port on my laptop and i'm good to go. Exactly what I expected and works great. great price point too. I give this 5 stars. simple plug and play. has a tripod to hold the mic too.
