I noticed with belts that does not have the regular hole and just snaps loosen if you were going to sit down. When you sit, you tummy expands making the belts loose and you have to tighten it up when you stand up. Well, this belt doesn't do that! The snap stays in place so no need adjusting. The 2 colors goes with any clothes you're using. The material is also great, it expands a little. Highly recommended!
