I have to be honest with ALL of my reviews. So I never received this item. I am giving them 2 Stars due to the fact that I am not sitting around waiting on my item. They did contact me and advise me that my item was lost in the mail, or they were advised my item was lost in the mail. For that reason that I needed to request a refund. I responded to them and advised that since they knew it was lost in the mail that they needed to refund my money why would I request a refund and attempt to explain why when they knew. The next day, they did indeed submit my refund. So therefore for their customer service, they advised the product would be in the warehouse in 2 weeks and I could reorder. However, I really felt it could have been replaced with another color. So I have no product and I have no plans of reordering because I feel it was never shipped. Thats just my feeling. However, feel free to order at your own will.
