3 HONGBAO MONEY CARD GIFT ENVELOPES

~ What ~
Made of bright red silk brocade with peony and Chinese knots, these 3 soft, shiny fabric envelopes work well for the Chinese New Year, weddings, gifts, jewelry, and other special occasions. 2 of the envelopes measure approximately 7 by 4 inches while the 3rd one has a club pattern and measures 7.2 by 4.3 inches. While 2 of slip over button closures, the other has a plastic snap cover. They arrive in a resealable cellophane bag, ready for giving.

~ Why ~
With Christmas around the corner, these money holders make giving classy and pretty. They will be given to one of our daughters-in-law and our 2 young granddaughters, so I know they will be enjoyed and appreciated with the money we put inside them. I like the detailed knows and tassels as well as the silk, soft designer fabric. 

~ Why Not ~
Some may not like the size of these envelopes; they amply hold regular unfolded paper money, but they cannot hold a money card as the red envelopes are too short. Others may wish there were more in the package.

~ Wish ~
I wish more colors were available, but these are most likely designed in red for the Chinese tradition.
