This helps keep your air fryer bottom tray free from gunk build up and a greesy mess. The problem is it has holes in it to allow air circulation and also allows grease to pass and accumulate on the bottom and underneath this silicone mat. While this may stop crumbs from mixing with the grease, it doesn't make cleanup any easier.
