They work great! Super bright - even the little ones! At first I thought they didn't work but take the backs off and remove the little piece of clear plastic in the battery compartment and then put it back together. Great price! The only thing that's annoying is the strap is a bit too short. Like it doesn't fit over my husband's hand to get it on his wrist and it barely fits mine but whatever.
