I got home after a 12 hour shift with my lower leg and knee throbbing for some reason. It would not let me rest so I got up and put some of this on and within 5 minutes I could FINALLY relax and go to sleep. The smell is not over powering and I actually like the smell of it so don't mind wearing it even if I am going to work. It was so nice to get some relief and be able to rest.
