This shower head works great! Great water pressure even when using both heads at the same time! It's very easy to install no tools needed however, I would recommend tightening with a wrench. I love the beautiful chrome finish and the long 5ft hose. It has multiple settings, you can select the fixed head, the hand held or both simultaneously. Multiple massage options are a bonus. It would be nice if it came with a free standing mounting option, where you could mount the hand held head on your shower wall for younger kids to reach. But it's really a great price so that may be asking for too much.
