These are actually a lot more comfortable than they looked. They are really swishy, filled with a supportive gel. I'd only planned on using the heel pad, but I tried both and it was amazing how much of a difference it made to wear them all day. I like that it has more than one set so I don't have to keep changing them in my work shoes. Even better, the adhesive makes it removable. So I can wash my shoes and stick them back in.
