Great for Bone Spurs

My husband has platers fascitis and really bad bone spurs, he also works several hours a day on hard concrete. These heel cups worked out great for him. It eased his pain and reduced the swelling when he got home. He said they were very easy to slip into his shoes. They fit securly and didn't slide around. He has tried both sets and prefers the blue set.
