I use this about once a week to slice up my head of lettuce really nice and thin for my breakfast wraps and lunch wraps. I prefer my lettuce thinly sliced and this dose a great job at that. Simple to use and clean as well. Plus this dose not take up much room ether. A great addition to my kitchen accessories and gadgets.
