Purchased this as the one we have has a little dial and sometimes it looks like it’s sticking and I just can’t trust it... I just like the reassurance of knowing that meat is thoroughly cooked as sometimes it’s seemed a little pink!! I blame my oven but it’s probably me
This digital probe is fantastic ... as soon as you pull out the probe to open it comes on and is good to go!
It can read the temperature in either Fahrenheit or centigrade ... it reads the temperature with speed ... fold the probe back on and it switches off
