My grandson and I spent the good part of an evening putting this dino together. He is 5 and punched out most of the piece carefully. I was pleased that the cardboard was good enough quality and was prepared so he was able to punch out the pieces without bending or wrecking them. Together, we figured out how to put it together by arranging the parts on the dinner table. It is important to lay all the parts out in order so the dino can be put together properly. We had a ball and were very happy that the finished dino was very sturdy and can actually be used for display or play. I would purchase this again for my other grandchildren. It is a great way to teach kids patience and organization. My grandson is planning on painting his dino and is still deciding on what nickname to call it.
