This heated eyelash curler by TouchBeauty works good. I needed to insert 2 AAA batteries and it was ready to go. There is a on and off button. When the eyelash curler is ready to use the silicone turns color letting you know it is time to use it. This is easy to use and isn't heavy. I put some mascara on then used the heated lash curler and then applied more mascara after to finish.
