Good digital thermometers for cooking

It's a nice thermometer for cooking and baking. Knowing the internal temp of a roast or bird is important to food safety. Getting the temp just right is always a great idea anyway and more importantly to be sure a safe temperature has been reached before consuming. I gave it a 4 star ⭐ rating only because it is off by a couple of degrees as I compared it with other thermometers. It has the option of f and c depending on need or preference. You can also monitor oil temperature for frying to maintain a constant temperature.
