A high quality scoop

This has got to be the nicest ice cream scoop I have ever owned. Made of stainless steel, It has a polished look and is put together very well. You don’t need to squeeze very hard to get the scoop release to work, and it pops to scoop out quickly and easily. I have had some cheap ice cream scoops in the past, and I would need to squeeze the handle multiple times to get the scoop to pop out, but with this one I only have to give it one squeeze.

I tested it out on some ice cream, and I was pleasantly surprised at the cute little perfectly rounded scoops it made. They are a little on the small side, but I think this will help me with portion control. I look forward to using this scoop for other things soon (melon, cookie dough, mashed potatoes, etc.). This scoop would also make a nice gift for someone moving into a new home, or anyone who enjoys quality kitchen utensils.
