I love this headset so much not to mention the color is so cute, and it matches my Hydro flask, but it is very light weight and great for working out. I wish though that they had an extra ear covers for when I am working out because I do get quite sweaty. But it's rather quite self-explanatory in terms of instructions on how to use it. The battery lasts quite a while, I've gone without charging for a day or two and still last me enough for an hour and a half walking exercise.
