These are good I have tried many things normal whitening with bleach, activated charcoal they help but are always a mess or taste terrible. These are not like that very easy to use no bad taste or tooth pain. You do need to use for a couple of times before you see a real difference, but I did notice my teeth looking Whittier and they had ore of a polished look. I drink a lot of tea and coffee so I need all the help I can get. Bleach ones hurt my teeth I hate using them, so I have been looking for other options and these are now my new go to for better looking teeth.  The only issue I have with these is taht they do stick to your teeth you do have to pull off the strips they do not come off easy when left on.
