Gets the job done and can use it in many ways to strengthen self. Doesn't take up a lot of room.
 It works on lower, upper chest, forearms and back,depending on your grip. You can feel where it works the different muscles depending on how you are holding the device. I'll definitely recommend this equipment to my family and friends.
