Looks beautiful but doesn't tell time well

I love the look of this farmhouse country sunflower clock because it has a retro rustic design and is very unique. I got it for my husband's Christmas present and he loved it also. The main problem is it basically for decoration because the hour and minutes hands don't work properly so it doesn't tell the correct time. The seconds hand moves properly though. We put brand new batteries in it when we received it but that's not the issue. They need to work on the hands so they work properly.
