I'll admit, I don't sleep much at night but when I do, I need to be completely relaxed. I find that if my eyes are relaxed, then I can rest better. I wanted to try this sleep mask because it looked soft and comfortable. After trying it for a few nights, I have found that it really is soft and comfortable and does not lay too close to my eyes, like a few I have had in the past. The material is silk, which is a material that is naturally breathable, cool, and soothing to the skin. It also has a soft adjustable strap. It has been very comfortable around my head. It has not been too tight and not too loose either. I am pleased with this sleep mask and I plan on using it at home and taking it when I travel as well.
