Bought this for my son because he loves cooking.
I thought I'd help simplify some of the steps in his meal prep.
He loves it. Works great. You do have to get comfortable with it over time but once you do, easy peasy.
I warn you though, some of the cutting squares are VERY sharp.
I didn't think about that when I grabbed them up to wash them and sliced my hand right open.
I know, it's a cutting device duh, common sense lol. I never expected them to be that sharp though.
