This is my second set and these are amazing and really help with my anxiety and my stress level. My son who also has adhd seems to really like them, he says they help him to calm himself so he can concentrate on his school work. Everyone in our house really likes to just grab one and the next thing you know your hooked! They are so much fun just to watch them and before I know it I'm not thinking of all the problems I had on my mind, they just go away!
