Didn't work

I had absolutely no luck using this milk frother. It took me forever to figure out how to get the stupid thing open to put batteries in. (You basically take the entire thing apart using a small phillips head screwdriver and open it from the side, then remove the side panel to reveal the battery compartment.) And then once I finally got the battery compartment open to insert them, it didn't turn on. I had to take it apart again and see if I had put the batteries in wrong or if there was something not making connection. But I couldn't see anything wrong. I never did get it to power up, so can't say whether it works or not. It feels flimsy and I initially worried the spinning end would come loose, but now I will never know since it won't turn on. Bad product or one with a flaw somewhere? I don't know.
