i love this neck fan it helps me so much

with my hot flashes i really did not think it was going

to do a whole lot but i always keep it on the lowest speed

i dont ever need it on the high speed andits so

easy to charge holds a long charge never has  gone dead 

on me yet and it will not hurt your neck this is wonderful you should really try one
