I used the middle forehead one everyday for about 3 weeks and you definitely see improvement.  I wore them all night, sometimes even during the day since I was home. Made them way less deep. I think they make a big difference as long as you use them often. Everything that can help us stay looking youthful is worth it when you can see results!
