received a used package

I received a package that looked to have been an already used and previously returned product. Parts were missing and some parts that should not have been together had already been assembled. The LED lights where not in the place that they should have been and the drill did not work. I had to send it back for a refund. I contacted the seller, they offered an apology and promptly issued me a refund. 

I homeschool my daughter so I am always on the lookout for STEM activities that we can incorporate into the curriculum. This take-apart toy comes with 31 interchangeable parts to construct two different versions of the car, an instruction manual and a battery operated drill. The car and drill need two AA batteries to operate which are not included so make sure to have the batteries handy before receiving this toy and hopefully avoid any disappointment because the kids will want to play with this toy right away.
