Only is sling without thing to attach it to. Disappointing

I assumed from the picture showed to advertise the product that there would be something to attach the sling to, so it will be able to swing like a hammock.  I am not sure exactoy what to do with this now.  I don't have any idea what to attach it to, so it would allow the elevation perfect to support this device.  I received literally a sling to put my foot into.  HOw is that a foot rest or hammock as advertised?  This is very confusing and I honestly don't feel like I got what was advertised or what I paid for.  

I wish I did not make this purchase.  Very disappointing.
