Large felt bad with a cheesy looking santa.  The picture made me believe I was getting a set of three, but when I read it again I realize they meant one of three desgns.  Seemed a little tricky to me.  Thin white cord on the top.  I feel if any significant weight was put in it it would rip upon lifting.
