This 4 piece Police set is really awesome.. It could be used for a halloween costume. My grandson just wanted to use it to play like he is the police. it has a hat and whistle and two sets of handcuffs with keys. It is very well made and safe to use. Easy for the kids to get the keys into the handcuffs too. The handcuffs, keys and whistle are all made of an aluminum alloy and are made so there are no rough or sharp edges. I feel comfortable letting my grandkids play with this set! It makes them happy, and I love to see them happy!
