After breaking my wrist three times in the space of 4 years I decided I needed something to give me some strength. This so far is working very well for me, I cycle daily and lift weights so far no pain, and that's uncommon during this time of year, for me anyway.
It fits my wrists which are child sized and my partners who is regularly lifting weights.
