My son struggles with acne fairly bad, so I picked these up not knowing if he could really use them or if they would work. But I figured regardless of whether he uses them, his younger brother is finally beginning to get some mild acne, and I still have periodic acne here and there (though mine is only one or two pimples once a month at the most). I figured one of us will be able to use them. There are numerous sheets that you get in the small envelope like package. You are to wash your face and once dry you apply these. You leave them on for anywhere from 5 to 24 hours, though I would not be wearing them out in public, myself. They are designed to be used when your pimple is at its "ripest" - meaning when it is pus filled or right after. It is supposed to draw out all of the impurities from your skin and speed the healing process. It all sounds good. I just don't know if it is working or not. My son tried it on a few of his larger pimples, but I wasn't able to see any difference in the way they looked after it had been used. I thought maybe we'd see it clear up faster after, but it seemed to clear up just the same as his other acne after being popped. I have not had any acne to try it on myself, so cannot say how it works on my own skin. But for someone who is acne prone and has trouble spots, this is probably not going to meet your needs.
