My old kitchen scissors were getting old. The handle had a crack, they weren't sharp anymore and they were ugly. The new scissors are awesome. They cut meat, herbs, cheese (ha ha) and veggies with little effort. They are easy to clean, too. I use a washcloth to remove any residue and dry them with my dinner dishes.
