I love to wear these pants to the gym. They are high waisted and do not fall down while your are working out, like a lot of other yoga pants I've worn in the past. I als love that these have pockets! Grat to homd your phone, cards, and keys. They are a bit thin but I haven ot noticed that they are very see thru as long as you wear the right thing underneath.
