These are by far my favorite grilling/baking mats. Wash off or simply wipe clean because they are re-usable!
I use them for many things. Broil salmon in the oven on these mats (w/copper) and there's no sticking and easy clean up!
I also bake french fries or other veggies, even cookies, the possibilities are endless! Great to put under a pan of lasagna, no messy oven to clean! Just wipe or wash the mat for later use!
Don't forget the grill! One of my favorite ways to use them.
A personal favorite! They would make a great gift too!
