My first set was missing the piping kit, and they sent me a second complete set with turntable free. They were extremely fast to reply to me and did help me very very quickly. The actual turntable is amazing and easy to clean, this setup works out really well for me and I bake a lot so it has been a star in our kitchen. The piping bags and tips also worked out really well, the only thing I would ask is that maybe in the future, they provide instructions on how to assemble the tips onto the piping bags as I still haven't figured this out. Great set overall!
