A great compact dashcam which does the job

The dashcam arrived very quickly and to be honest I was very impressed with just how beautifully boxed it was.  In fact it was so nicely presented it took me a little while to realise that it was the dashcam I was awaiting. The outer packaging makes it look so much more expensive than the actual price and would make a thoughtful gift

The camera itself is very small, compact and stylish. Yet it feels very durable and well made. Although the box clearly stipulates that a 16gb memory card would be included- I was bitterly disappointed to find that there was no card within the box or camera itself. Just an empty slot. I have contacted the seller via the Amazon messaging service but am still awaiting a reply hence the lower rating. 

In order to test the item luckily my partner had a spare compatible card that I could borrow just to to try it out. When you purchase an item that clearly states that there is a card included you expect it to be there especially when the box was still factory sealed. 

The camera was very simple to set up and I loved the fact that the dashboard holding stand was included. The camera  provided great video quality with clarity and it just gives any driver peace of mind in the eventuality of an unforeseen incident.  With the loop recording feature there is also no worry that you will run out of recording space as it works on a continual cycle.  

A usb lead is also included so you can transfer any footage you wish to save and retain directly to a pc or laptop. Hopefully I will hear back regarding the missing card as it's such a shame that this has had to reflect in my ratings
