What I like to do with these mini rolling pins is to measure and pour all of the dry ingredients for my chocolate chip recipe (including the mini chocolate chips) into a large canning jar. I then take the canning lid and using a glue gun attach and cover the lid in fabric. I then take the canning ring and cover the outside of the ring with lace or wide ribbon. Over the ribbon I put a ling piece of jute and attach the recipe for making my chocolate chip cookies and also attach a bamboo spoon for mixing it up. I place the jar inside of a plastic mixing bowl (rather than a basket) and I add the rolling pin which I wrap in a Christmas colored saran wrap and to that I attach my recipe for American Apple Pie. I then pl lace everything inside of a clear or holiday bag, twist the top, add a twist tie or rubberband to keep it from unraveling, add a ribbon tied up into a nice bow (cutting a piece of each side upwards to create a cute tail.
