Have used the vacuum sealing machine on a number of items in the kitchen and have found it to be a fantastic addition to keeping foods fresh for longer. The vacuum seal process is so simple, following the instructions, the machine is set up really quickly and easily. This model came with some sample bags to try, which I used for bacon, carrots and swede, pecan nuts and tuna. Simply align the bag into the machine, close the lid and with the press of a button the process begins, sucking out the air and sealing the bag within 20 seconds. I also tried using the machine to seal a sandwich in a bag, which was successful and kept the butty kitchen fresh, 5 hours until lunchtime. Such a useful product for the kitchen- I'm so pleased that I now have one.
