~ Just the Thing to Work Out Your Stress ~

This is known as a "Squishy" which is used by squeezing it and allowing it to plump back up and squeeze it again. They can be squeezed very hard and still rise back to their original shape. This has been shown to help relieve stress, enhance one's mood, divert one's attention away from stress factors, and helping one to relax. This donut squishy can stimulate the nerves that in one's hands which are connected to parts of the brain that are associated with your emotions, thereby making feel better. This particular Squishy is a made of nontoxic memory foam, and it 4.5 inches in diameter. It's supposed to be a doughnut, but it looks to have ears. By focusing on the squishy, one will stop thinking about the source of their stress.
