i am a happily married mom of 2 adult children and a grandmother to one. i have 2 dogs who are like my kids. i am learning relaxation and meditation. i love himalayan salt lamps. they work well to help me relax after a long day. i have a plethora of essential oils and a few diffusers. i love making my own oil blends. i am getting more healthy and have been getting into vitamins like elderberry, apple cider vinegar, ginko biloba etc. i enjoy entertaining in my home - either a bbq, or a holiday dinner! i love to walk as well as people watch :)
