This is garbage. The butyl rubber is on both sides of roll on the edge as if it had gotten hot and melted out of tape leaving voids between layers of the roll. Completely useless. I got a refund.

I followed the size chart and reviews but these won't even fit my 15 year old daughter so if you want your toddler wearing a medium sized thong then these are for you. If your a more reasonable person SKIP THESE
