Comes fully charged and ready to use. While it isn’t as powerful as some of my other vibes, the vibration is still good. What it does offer because of that is quiet operation. It is now the most quiet one I own. Operation is simple, the buttons are straightforward and intuitive. The handle at the bottom is a nice touch, making it more ergonomic and comfortable to hold. When it came time for me to plug it in for charging, I was a bit confused as to where the charging port was... it is there, it just has a tight seal to make it waterproof. I have not used it in water but would feel comfortable doing so. It does seem to have a water tight build. It feels well made. The outer rubber is smooth and soft.
