Unfortunately after waiting several weeks for the vacuum, it did not work as described. It was fun to watch moving around the floor but didn't suck anything up and just pushed it around and bumped into things. I requested a refund and had a very quick response and satifactory resolution. I wish the product had been as good as the customer service.
