It is a small torch which surprisingly well made and produced an impressive amount of light. On tight beam it easily illuminated a building 200m away, on wider beam it covered a large area although the beam extent was reduced in distance, ultraviolet worked well. Overall a nice torch for very little money. I bought solely for the UV - to check currency and also to play games in the dark with the kids - the house is very different under UV light, especially alot of childrens toys. Makes for good entertainment. Runs the batteries down but thats to be expected. Very happy with the purchase.
